I provide telehealth therapy to residents of Arizona and New Mexico.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation: Your first virtual session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. This gives us dedicated space to conduct a thorough intake, explore your clinical and personal history, and co-create an integrative treatment strategy.

Follow-Up Sessions: Subsequent medication management and wellness appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes to track progress, make mindful adjustments, and discuss ongoing support.

During your initial visit, I take a holistic view of your health. I will review your clinical history, current symptoms, prior treatments, lifestyle, and spiritual or personal values. By the end of the session, we will outline an initial, collaborative path forward.

To book your appointment, visit my Alma booking page and request the appointment. Once the appointment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link generated by Alma for you to join the telehealth appointment virtually. A credit card on file inside the Alma portal is required in order to book the appointment

Sessions are conducted entirely online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform within Alma. Before your appointment, you will receive a direct link to join your virtual room from your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please note: You must be physically located in New Mexico at the time of your appointment, and no-shows/late cancellations incur a fee of $100.

Many insurance plans including Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, and more. Visit the Alma booking page for more details on accepted insurance. Additionally, you can use the payment estimator tool to get an idea of appointment cost when booking through insurance. Your insurance may or may not consider me In-Network.

– In-Network: We bill directly to our contracted insurance partners. Please verify your
outpatient telepsychiatry benefits prior to your first session.
– Out-of-Network: If we are out-of-network with your insurer, we can provide you with
an itemized Superbill upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement from your
insurance company.

For clients paying out-of-pocket or utilizing out-of-network benefits, the following rates apply:
– Initial Integrative Psychiatric Evaluation (45–60 mins): $125
– Follow-Up Medication Management Visit (30 mins): $100
Payment is due at the time of service via a secure credit/debit card stored on file

Late Cancellations within 24 business hours and no-show appointments will incur a $100 fee,
